Cruising for Causes was created around a simple but powerful idea: travel can be more than a destination. It can become a platform for charitable impact, education, cultural understanding, community engagement, fundraising, wellness, opportunity, and lasting human connection.
Our 2025–2026 Founding Report documents the work required to establish Cruising for Causes and create the organizational foundation from which future impact can grow.
Reporting Period:
2025–2026
Report Type:
Founding Annual Impact Report
Organizational Focus:
Formation, infrastructure, program development,
governance, partnerships, and preparation for
measurable public impact.
This first annual impact report is intentionally different from the report of a mature nonprofit organization. Cruising for Causes officially launched during the reporting period, making 2025–2026 primarily a year of organizational formation, infrastructure development, program design, and preparation for future impact.
Accordingly, this report distinguishes between activities completed during the founding period, programs under development, and future initiatives. Planned activities are not presented as completed outcomes.
Our founding-year standard is straightforward: report what was actually built, explain why it matters, establish the systems needed for accountability, and create a measurable baseline against which future years can be evaluated.
Cruising for Causes was created around a simple but powerful idea: travel can be more than a destination. It can become a platform for education, cultural understanding, community service, charitable fundraising, health and wellness, scholarships, veterans initiatives, and lasting human connection.
During our founding period, our priority was not to rush programs into the marketplace simply to demonstrate activity. We focused on building the institutional foundation necessary to operate responsibly and sustainably.
That work included developing our program framework, governance structure, organizational policies, fundraising systems, signature experiences, educational resources, partnership strategy, and long-term operating model.
As we move forward, our responsibility is to convert that foundation into measurable public benefit. Future reports will increasingly document the people reached, organizations supported, educational opportunities created, charitable resources generated, volunteers engaged, and communities served.
Cruising for Causes is a nonprofit experiential travel and charitable impact organization. We use travel and shared experiences as platforms through which charitable and educational purposes can be advanced.
Our work is designed to strengthen communities, expand education and opportunity, preserve and promote cultural heritage, support health and wellness initiatives, encourage community service and volunteerism, create scholarship opportunities, support veterans and their families, and strengthen nonprofit organizations.
Connecting participants, volunteers, nonprofits, community organizations, and partners to fundraising, service, and community-building opportunities.
Preserving, interpreting, and celebrating history, heritage, and cultural contributions through educational and immersive experiences.
Expanding learning, scholarships, leadership development, professional growth, and pathways to opportunity.
Supporting health education, awareness, survivorship, resilience, and wellness-centered community programming.
